10 rules for safe, respectful training

  1. Keep the area clean – return weights after use

  2. Towel required – place a towel on equipment and benches

  3. Appropriate sportswear and clean shoes required

  4. No glass bottles or food – water only

  5. Be considerate – respect other guests

  6. Use equipment with care, do not drop weights

  7. Clean equipment after use

  8. Keep music to yourself – use headphones

  9. Smoking, vaping and alcohol are not permitted

  10. Train at your own risk
