General Terms & Liability
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I use the facilities of the Victoria Fitness Club at my own responsibility. I declare that I am in a physical condition suitable for sporting activities. In case of doubt, I have consulted a doctor prior to using the facilities. The use of the facilities is at the user's own risk. The liability of Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn AG is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. No liability is assumed for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Membership & Payment
The selected membership is personal and non-transferable. It may neither be passed on to third parties nor used by multiple persons. The membership is binding. The current prices and conditions apply. Refunds of payments already made are excluded, except where required by law. In the event of misuse (in particular transfer to third parties), the membership may be suspended or terminated without entitlement to a refund.
House Rules & Use
I confirm that I have received, read, and understood the house rules of the Victoria Fitness Club. I undertake to comply with them as well as with the instructions of the staff at all times. In the event of violations of the house rules or improper use, access to the fitness area may be restricted or revoked without entitlement to a refund.
Data Protection
My personal data will be used exclusively for the administration of the membership and for emergency purposes if required. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. I have the right at any time to request information about my stored data.
Access System (Fingerprint)
A fingerprint scanner may be used to access the fitness area. No complete fingerprint is stored; instead, an encrypted biometric template is used, which cannot be reconstructed into the original fingerprint. The data is used exclusively for access control purposes and will not be shared with third parties. The data will only be stored for the duration of the active membership and will be deleted afterwards.
Emergency Contact (Optional)
I may voluntarily provide an emergency contact person who may be contacted if necessary.
